Create New Ad

Run Ad (required in order to activate Ad on the site)

Edit Ad (allows you to update Ad information)

Stop Ad (allows you to stop an Ad from displaying on the site)

Extend Ad (allows you to extend the run time of an Ad)

Delete Ad (deletes the ad from the web site)

View Ad (allows you to see how your ad will look)

Feature Ad (stop the Ad and use Edit to set Featured status)

1. Click on the icon to the right of the "My Marketplace Listings".
2. The "Create New Marketplace Ad" form will be displayed.
3. Field headings displayed in BOLD are required in order to create the Ad.
4. Complete as many fields on the form as possible in order to provide prospective buyers with detailed information about the item you are selling.
5. Click the "Create Ad" button to create the Ad.
6. Wait for the confirmation page to appear telling you the Ad has been created.
7. At this point your Ad has been created but is not active on the site.
8. Click the link on the confirmation page to return to the My Account page in order to run your Ad.

Next Step: Run Ad

1. Find the Ad you want to Run and click the icon in the Action column.
2. Any time you Run a Marketplace Ad you will be presented with a purchase form.
   
   1. If you did not set Featured = Yes when you created or edited the Ad, you will have one purchase option that says "FREE".
   2. If you set Featured = Yes when you created or edited the Ad, you may have multiple purchase options to select from. Choose your desired payment amount and duration you want the Featured status for.
      
3. Click the "I Agree With Purchase Agreement, Continue with Purchase" button.
   
   1. If your Ad is NOT Featured, the next screen will be a confirmation page informing you that the Ad is now running on the site or errors, if any occurred.
   2. If your Ad IS Featured, you will directed to a secure checkout page to enter in credit card information and pay for Featuring the Ad.
      1. Fill out the purchase form and click "Make Purchase".
      2. The next page will be the confirmation page informing you the Ad is now running on the site or errors, if any occurred.
         
4. Click the link on the confirmation page to return to the My Account page.

1. Find the Ad you want to Edit and click the icon in the Action column.
2. The "Edit Ad" form will be displayed. You can update any field on this form, but required fields in BOLD must have values.
3. Click the "Save Changes" button to finish editing the Ad.
4. A confirmation page will be displayed informing you of any errors if they occurred.
5. Changes will show up on the site immediately.

1. Find the Ad you want to Stop and click the icon in the Action column.
2. Clicking the Stop icon will bring up a confirmation page asking you if you are certain you want to Stop the Ad.
3. If so, click Yes and you will be presented with another confirmation page informing you the Ad is now stopped.
4. If you click No, the Ad will remain running and you will be returned to the My Account page.

NOTE: If you Stop an Ad you will be taken back through the purchase page (even for FREE Ads) in order to Run the Ad again.

If an Ad is currently Featured and you Extend the Ad, it will be Extended as a Featured Ad. Otherwise if it is not Featured, it will be Extended as a Non-Featured Ad. This will affect the purchase options displayed when you Extend the Ad.

1. Find the Ad you want to Extend and click the icon in the Action column.
2. Clicking the Extend icon will bring up the purchase form (even for FREE Ads).
3. Select a duration (and price if applicable) and click the "I Agree With Purchase Agreement, Continue with Purchase" button.

1. If your Ad is NOT Featured, the next screen will be a confirmation page informing you that the Ad is now running on the site or errors, if any occurred.
2. If your Ad IS Featured, you will directed to a secure checkout page to enter in credit card information and pay for Featuring the Ad.
   
   1. Fill out the purchase form and click "Make Purchase".
   2. The next page will be the confirmation page informing you the Ad is now running on the site or errors, if any occurred.

4. The Extend icon will not show up next to Ads that have been extended.

1. Find the Ad you want to Delete and click the icon in the Action column.
2. A confirmation page will display asking you to confirm the deletion of the Ad.
3. Click Yes to Delete the Ad. A confirmation page will display telling you the Ad has been Deleted.
4. Click No to return to the My Account page.

1. Find the Ad you want to View and click the icon in the Action column.
2. Clicking the icon will open the Ad for viewing.

In order to Feature your Ads you must set Featured = Yes when you Create or Edit an Ad. When you Run the Ad you will be presented with purchase options for Featured Ads. Choose a duration you would like the Ad Featured for.

During the timeframe your Ad is Featured it will be displayed with other Featured Ads and before Non-Featured Ads.

NOTE: Do NOT Stop an Ad that is currently Featured, unless the item has been sold or you really wish to stop displaying the Ad on the site. If you need to Edit your Ad, just Edit it while the Ad is running.
